2.6.1 Access and Account Creation
Access to the client area (for managing subscriptions, invoices, and technical assistance) requires the creation of an account via the third-party platform Odoo.com. The User guarantees that the professional information provided during registration is accurate, up-to-date, and truthful.
2.6.2 Responsibility for Credentials
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. As a professional user (such as a lawyer, notary, accountant, or corporate entity), it is your responsibility to implement security measures aligned with the standards of your profession. Any access or action carried out using a client account is deemed to have been performed by that client.
2.6.3 Loss of Access and Security
In the event of a lost password, a recovery system is provided through Odoo. However, if the User fails to securely authenticate themselves, the User accepts that Brainiak Technologies SRL may, for data protection reasons, suspend account access without any guarantee of immediate data recovery.
2.7 Technical Assistance (Ticketing System)
The client area allows users to open support tickets. The User agrees to use this support service in a professional, courteous, and reasonable manner. Any abuse of the ticketing system (such as spamming or offensive language) may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of access to technical support.
